JAKX: - this is an in-depth
software package that includes:
• Client matching from property to
applicant and vice versa allowing details to be sent by email,
sms text messaging and post.
• The creation of sales particulars in both Word and
PDF saving time in typing the same information in twice.
• Produces all the necessary letters at relevant stages
such as: offer and memorandum of sales letters. All the templates
are in word and are easily editable by you.
• The system records all transactions on both applicant
and properties for future reference.

Private House Sale
This option is coming soon
It will allow you to enter your own property
details quickly of up to 2 million characters and 7 images
of your home.
Property details will remain on the portal
for 12 months or until you remove it yourself. At all times
you will have access to amend details and the property will
be linked to the profile system and emailed to any registrant
who is looking for the criteria that your property offers.
The charge for this will be £25
plus VAT and will be payable through Pay Pal before the property
is displayed.
